This advanced Reiki  training is available to reiki practitioners who are committed to continuing their reiki journey and want to explore the deeper spiritual aspects of Reiki.  

Soul Tree's Reiki Masters training is very different from what you will find elsewhere. Sirpa passes on her deep lived experience of energy work and incorporates knowledge from ancient wisdom traditions. 

Our first Reiki Masters in 2022 had 15 participants (pictured above) and the energy, authenticity, sharing and growth experienced was mind blowing. Sirpa offers you the chance to become part of a close knit reiki community with guidance and on going support.

Level 3a is offered once per year as a 2 day and one night retreat at the Sharda Centre. It is truly a course worth waiting for!

This course is held annually with the next dates being: 24th & 25th May 2025

Weekend Reiki Retreat (2 days at Sharda Centre in Tuakau starting 9.30am to 4.30 pm  Sat and Sun). This  intensive weekend includes theory and a large practical component where you will be both giving and receiving reiki treatments. The course component includes:
• Reiki, reiki and more reiki - the chance to give and receive.
• Opportunity to connect and share your experience with likeminded souls
• Exploring reiki as a spiritual discipline
• Receiving an authentic Reiki Master Attunement
• An initiation into the Reiki Master symbol
• How to scan yourself and others to identify energy blockages or disturbances
• Connecting with your Higher Self and techniques for raising your energy levels 
• Clearing the energy of spaces
• Cleansing, programming & dedicating crystals with Reiki
• Discussion about the ethics and responsibilities of a Reiki Master
- Reiki Master Commitment Ceremony and Celebration. 
Dates:  25 & 26th May 2024. Please note that you will need to start the prescribed daily home practice from May 1st so early registration is essential

Retreat Location: Located at the beautiful Sharda Centre in Tuakau, a place of powerful universal energy just 40 mins drive south of Auckland. An extra nights accommodation is available if you are travelling for the weekend at $50per night. It is simple but very clean and well maintained.

Prerequisites: Completed Reiki level 2 in the Usui tradition at least 6 months prior to this training and recorded at least 20 reiki treatments that you have given.

Investment: $450 ($100 deposit on booking and balance payable before the start). Includes lunch on both days. Accommodation is available at Sharda Centre for $50 per night.

Continuing study pathways: After completing Reiki level 3a you can continue your studies to become a Reiki Master Teacher by completing level 3b. There is no formal course, rather this is offered as one-on-one training / mentoring on request.

A place of great spiritual power

The Reiki Master 3a courses are held at Sharda Centre for a reason. This is sacred land, a place of peace and  power - where the energy of the earth is literally palpable. Receiving your Master attunement in such a place is a great blessing and privilege. It really deepens the experience, raises your personal vibrational energy, strengthens your connection to Reiki energy ... bringing  you that little bit closer to your soul.


While Sirpa does teach the other Reiki levels at various locations around New Zealand, she currently only gives Master Practitioner attunements at Sharda Centre. If you are based outside of Auckland it is well worth the trip for the Maters weekend in May each year as this is an experience like no other in New Zealand.


Meet your Instructor

Courses are led by Sirpa, a Reiki Master Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Mum to 2 boys.  Sirpa teaches with humility and compassion and believes everybody can (and should!) learn reiki as a path to personal growth and spiritual development. On completion you can register as a practitioner with Reiki NZ  and offer reiki to the public

6 months since level 2 attunement (in the Usui Tradition) and a record of at least 20 Reiki treatments given.

Master Teacher

This is a practical course completed one to one with Sirpa. You will get to prepare your course materials, gain experience and confidence teaching reiki and benefit from 1 to 1 mentorship.
