Soul Tree Offerings

Yoga for every BODY

SoulTree is a friendly little yoga studio in the heart of Pukekohe offering a gentle Hatha style classes based on the classical yoga tradition. The classes are small with a maximum of 10 and are tailored to students of all levels. Beginners are welcome!

We encourage students to book in for the term but you can also just come along as a drop in to any of the classes. Cost is $16 per class

Term 1 classes 2025 start in February

Wed 9.30 am - Beginners / Gentle Yoga
Wed 6.30pm - General Hatha Class
Thur 6pm - Beginners/Gentle Yoga

Learn Usui Reiki with SoulTree

Soul Tree Reiki Graduates are trained to the highest standards that exceed the requirements of ReikiNZ. All courses are in person and minimum of 2 full days training. Sirpa places a big emphasis on gaining practical experience and confidence. Students should expect to both give and receive at least 4 reiki sessions during a course. All graduates become part of a wonderful community and receive ongoing support from Sirpa.

Soul Tree teaches all levels of Usui Reiki. Level 1 reiki is an introduction to energy work that anyone can master - no experience needed. Reiki Practitioner / Level 2 is the first professional level course for people wanting to offer reiki to the public. This is followed by Reiki Master Practitioner / Level 3a and finally Reiki Master Teacher level 3b.
